poetry

In the furnace’s hush, two metals meet,
Their atoms dance, a quiet feat.
Copper sings with zinc’s bright hue,
Brass is born, a warm sunshine through.

Steel embraces carbon’s kiss,
Strength is forged in silent bliss.
Aluminium weds with magnesium light,
Aircraft wings take flight in night.

Alloy — a marriage of disparate souls,
Where difference yields a stronger whole.
In bridges, bells, and humble cookware,
Their blended song we love to share.
