Aberdeen, the granite city,
where silver Dee meets North Sea’s sigh,
stone façades gleam in muted light,
a steadfast crown beneath the sky.

Cobbled wynds whisper of old trades,
of fishing fleets and oil‑rig dreams,
while breezes carry salmon’s shade
and laughter from the university’s streams.

In Hazlehead’s parks the heather sighs,
and Union Street hums with steady tread,
a blend of tradition and new sunrise,
where past and present are gently wed.

O Aberdeen, your stone‑kissed heart
beats strong, a beacon, firm and smart.
