Erupt
From deep beneath the earth's thin skin,
A rumble starts, a low, suppressed din.
Then fissures yawn, the pressure breaks,
And molten rivers, fierce, awaken.
Ash clouds billow like dark, triumphant sails,
While fire paints the night in scarlet veils.
Mountains shudder, their crowns thrown high,
As nature’s voice—raw, untamed—lets fly.
In quiet aftermath, the land lies still,
New soil born from the volcano’s will.
Life clings to cracks where lava cooled,
A testament to power unfool’d.
