Plane

poetry
Silent wings upon the sky,
An aeroplane carves the blue,
Leaving vapour threads that sigh,
As sunrise paints the world anew.
Engines hum a steady tune,
Over fields of verdant green,
Through cotton clouds and silver moon,
It stitches horizons, keen.
Passengers gaze, eyes alight,
Dreaming of far‑off shores,
While the craft embraces flight,
Bound by steel and soaring cores.
When dusk descends in amber hue,
The aeroplane descends slow,
Touching earth with gentleness true,
Its journey’s story softly aglow.
