Forest Green Rovers

In the quiet valleys of Gloucestershire’s roll,
Where ancient oaks whisper and rivers sigh,
Stands a club whose heart beats a verdant soul—
Forest Green Rovers, where earth meets sky.

Their jerseys, a shade of forest‑deep green,
Mirror the hills that cradle the pitch,
A living tapestry, fierce yet serene,
Where passion and planet both stitch.

No fossil fumes choke their loyal stand,
Solar panels gleam like morning dew,
Rain‑water feeds the grass‑kissed land,
And vegan pies warm the loyal crew.

From the roar of the crowd to the hush of the night,
Each goal is a seed, each victory a tree,
Rooted in hope, they play for the light—
A game that nurtures, a legacy free.

So cheer, dear fans, for the Rovers’ true creed:
To win with honour, to tread with care,
In forest‑green kits they plant every deed—
Football and future, beyond compare.
