poetry
A flicker on the screen, a silent thread,
Where moving pictures breathe in frames of light,
Each pixel’s pulse a whisper, softly said—
A story caught, a moment held in sight.
From black‑and‑white reels to the brightest hue,
The video rolls, a restless, rolling tide,
It dances through the lounge, the bedroom, too,
Inviting eyes to wander, thoughts to glide.
Press play, and time suspends its steady march,
The world condenses to a glowing square,
Where laughter, tears, and quiet thoughts enrich
The hollow hum of living, soft and fair.
In every clip, a heartbeat, stark or sweet,
The video—our window, wide and deep.
