Imbue
In quiet rooms where thoughts take flight,
You imbue the dawn with gentle light,
A soft infusion, quiet, deep,
That wakes the hues that shadows keep.
Each breath a pigment, each sigh a hue,
You spill your warmth into the blue,
Turning mere air to coloured song,
Where hope and wonder both belong.
So let the world be steeped in you—
A quiet grace, a steadfast hue—
For in the act of giving true,
Life finds its heart, imbued with you.
