poetry
Cotton hugs the hips so neat,
A favoured cut, both trim and sweet.
No excess cloth, no pointless flare,
Just honest comfort, cool and airy.
It holds its place with quiet grace,
A humble champion in the race
Of daily wear where ease is key—
This small, true friend, so brief, so free.
A brief encounter, pure and bright,
That starts the day and ends the night.
