poetry
In the hush of a dawn‑lit scroll,
A snippet slips – a jest, a tale,
It leaps from screen to screen, a whisper,
Turning thoughts to fevered flame.
Not sickness, but a spark that flies,
A meme that darts like fire‑fly light,
Through chats and threads, through endless feed,
Till the whole world hums its tune.
Each share a pulse, each like a beat,
A chorus grows in vivid hue,
From quiet corners to bright squares,
The rhythm spreads, sincere and true.
So let the virus be of joy,
Of wit that lingers, warm and kind,
In British tongues we spell it clear –
A viral gift, a shared mankind.
